There are many options for gym optimization and business software.  You can piecemeal your own setup for running a gym but it’s difficult to find an all in one solution such as wodify that caters to all of the box owners needs.  Other similar programs include WODTogether and MindBody.

 

From the athlete’s end there are also tons of fitness trackers that you can use but they won’t be integrated into your gym unless the owner also uses it.
