I had the same experience. I submitted my test to Habit.com on December 2017. Never got my result. Contacted support team by email and got an answer that they did not have my result to to an error in the system and the lab never alerted them. They gave me 2 options: a full refund or re-test. I opted for a full refund and was promised that a refund to my credit card will be issued within 3-5 business days started from June 8. Today is June 18, 2018 I still not got the refund yet. Reached out to the support team again and they responded that they never got my refund request even though I had their email as proof. I forwarded the email to them and have not heard back since. I agree with you...the company made mistakes and now seems not to try and make it right. I tried to post on their facebook site and they are blocking my post. I cannot find a phone number to talk to the company directly. If this is not resolved, I definitely will not recommend Habit and will warn people to stay away from this company. If I can give zero star, I would :(
I submitted my test to habit on September 21, 2017. By late November I still did not receive my results. After contacting Habit and waiting several days for them to respond, I was told that they lost my saliva test and needed to have me redo it. It would have been nice if they would have contacted me instead of me having to hunt my results down. So after waiting for another week for a test and then mailing it in, I still had no results by late December. Then I saw that they refunded my money and I thought that was the right thing to do. However, after contacting them because I still did not get my results in late December, they informed me that the refund was done by MISTAKE and they wanted me to reissue a credit card for my results. That's where I tapped out, they have no idea what they are doing and that is horrible customer service. After drinking that God awful shake and pricking my fingers and submitting 2 tests, I have nothing. Would not recommend Habit. How many mistakes can 1 company make and they didn't even attempt to make it right! UGH!
