About Nikki’s Coconut Butter
Nikki’s Coconut Butter came about from the founders' desire to find healthy Paleo approved snacks that taste great.  They used coconut butter as a base for their delicious creations and came up with a handful of great flavor combinations.

The coconut butter is made from the meat of the coconut and can be consumed in place of traditional condiment spreads, in smoothies/coffee or simply on its own.

Products and Ingredients:

All flavors of Nikki’s Coconut Butter are Soy, Dairy, Egg, and Gluten Free.  They do contain nuts and coconut as possible allergens.  The characteristics of coconut butter are slightly similar to that of coconut oil in the sense that it will turn more liquidy in warm temperatures and solidify when kept cool.  You can heat the product up based on your needs.

Their goal was to create a dessert like treat that doesn’t mess with anyone’s diet goals.  The spreads have a natural sweetness from the coconuts and are lightly sweetened with honey, maple syrup or dates.

While not completely organic they use the following organic ingredients in their spreads: organic coconut, organic coconut oil, organic cocoa powder, organic vanilla extract, and organic honey.

The spreads are both Paleo and Vegetarian approved.  While safe for up to two years, the recommended shelf life of Nikki’s coconut butter is around 4 weeks after opening and 8 months unopened.

Currently they feature the following flavors: Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie, Dark Chocolate Fudge, Honey Pecan Pie, Macadamia Nut Cookie, Pumpkin Spiced Donut, and Vanilla Cake Batter.
