Califlour makes a pizza crust that is low carb, gluten free and made from 4 simple clean ingredients.
 
There are only 6 grams of carbs per crust.  When compared to their competitors their product comes in with more protein, less calories, less carbs and much fewer ingredients.
 
For instance the ingredient list for their Italian crust consists of: Ingredients:
Cauliflower, mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cultures, salt, enzymes), eggs, basil, garlic.  That’s it.
 
They also make a sweet red pepper and plant based crust (vegan).
 
The crusts are also easy to prepare and require baking for 5-20 minutes depending on your prefrence.
