Vitasprings.com is an online reseller that was established in 2001 and now carries over 20,000 health supplements to sell to customers around the world.

People can browse the Vitasprings site to find health and beauty products addressing a wide variety of concerns including diabetes, allergies, menopause and dental. Customers can shop by brand or by health concern. 

There are many items that are often on sale and customers can save money on orders through the following ways: 

 

1. Coupon code: People can check the coupon code section on the website (http://www.vitasprings.com/coupons.html) and use one coupon code per order on many products. 

 

2. Vitasprings free newsletter: Offers special coupons in the monthly newsletter. People can unsubscribe from the list anytime. 

 

3. Friend referral program: People can earn an unlimited number of store credits each time they introduce a friend to the website. 

 

The company offers free ground shipping on domestic orders over $79.00 for supplement products only. This offer is not valid for medical/beauty supplies, grocery/food items, fragrances, clearance items, or items indicated with a flat shipping fee.

Product returns can be made within 30 days after shipment and customers can contact Vitasprings before returning the product. Shipping and handling is not refundable if the product is free from defectiveness and the shipping costs of returning the product will be paid by the buyer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. Opened items cannot be returned.

 

In the event a customer returns a Free Shipping Item, there is a mandatory $6.99 deduction off the total refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all international returns.

 

Some manufactures provide a warranty on their products, but they must be contacted directly.

Vitasprings has very low ratings among customers and only a few positive reviews. A few customers who had good feedback mentioned that the prices were inexpensive, website was easy to navigate, and there is a good selection of products. 

 

However, the good majority of customers have complained that their orders came at least a few weeks late, or never came at all, when the website claimed that orders would arrive between four to seven days. Some people mentioned that it took a long time for customer service to respond.

There are several major online resellers for health products to choose from including iHerb, Swanson Health Products, and Vitacost.  Other supplement providers include Designs for health, Dr. Al Sears, and Natrual Force.
