Looking for a particular Frontier seasoning. Of course this site, True Foods had it. I was almost tempted to order, but this seems to be the norm with the internet now. The banner was flying by, limited quantity, hurry, as the quantity decreased rapidly. After returning to my search engine and went back to the same site, the number was now higher, but still decreasing rapidly. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not trust this site. I have learned the hard way. The seasoning I was trying to find is no longer available anywhere else.
I was about to order DMSO on sale. I recognized the brand as one I purchased face to face 8 years ago in Los Angeles. Since I was unfamiliar with True Foods I checked reviews before ordering. So glad I did. This site saved me over $60! It’s always good to check unfamiliar sites out before ordering a product.
Yeah; I ordered some nutritional yeast in October 2020 and never received it. They wouldn't respond to repeated requests for customer service and I'm basically giving up on getting my $60 back. What a bummer.
There are products listed for sale that are no longer being manufactured, including items from companies that shut down over two years ago. The possibility is of counterfeit goods I suppose, but considering the above complaints - this company website should be taken down!
If anyone knows who to report to, or how, please post comments.
Also, please, everyone report to Better Business Bureau.
Ordered. Than got an email that said refunded. Was charged anyway.
Emailed them 4x. No response. Then went to check out account. Our account DID NOT EXIST.
TOTAL SCAM SITE. BEWARE!!!!
This company will take your money and not send you anything you ordered. There is no way to talk to a live voice. The recording doesn't even say the name of the company....just "Customer Service." They don't return calls and don't answer emails.
Their address is a million dollar home in Virginia!
I couldn't check out because there was no place to order via PayPal,
which they claim to accept. I've emailed and phoned them for clarification, but to date have received no response.
I had the same exact experience as everyone who left messages, these guys are a scam, ordered some rice, said it was going to go out 2 day delivery...never heard another thing from the company again. Called, emailed, guess its time to contest the charges.
I was going to place an order for organic oats and as I was going thru the checkout I had a feeling that something was not right so I did a search and found this page. I am so glad I did and thank you very much for saving my day. Be safe out there, it's a cruel world we live in and I don't understand why this scam hasn't been shut down.
Funny think when I was shopping at their website last week, I left before completing my checkout. I got an email from them on the same day urging me to complete my checkout. I replied and asked them to explain the negative reviews here and the F-grade from BBB. It's been a week and no answer. So we know well where they stand. We need to file a complaint with the attorney general in the state they are and also with the Federal Trade Commission. They need to be shut down before they scam more innocent folks.

Sure wish I would have found this review page prior to placing an order. I also have had no luck contacting them via email or phone. They also increased the amount of the order in the cart. No help from PayPal either on cancelling the pending transaction.
I am so frustrated with this company. I also cannot reach them or do they get back with you. I ordered in July. They confirmed my order. Got all my info along with credit card. Haven't heard from them yet. I just want to cancel and never deal with them again.

I have sent three emails and two phone calls regarding an order placed May 29th, 2019, still no one in customer service has contacted me. Buyer beware.
Ordered tea in mid-May 2019. Received an email order confirmation with an order #. Luckily my Paypal was not charged. Sent an email at end of May - no response. Called and only option was to leave name and number. I don't expect a response after reading the reviews here. Not sure what the game is they are playing but I'm glad I used Paypal and not my credit card. This site is a SCAM and NOT LEGIT! Don't waste your time shopping here.
i've placed two orders with this site only to find they are a hoax. They have none of the items the show on their web.site. They also have the worst customer care/service (non.existent). They never respond, just take your money. Do not order from them.
Wish I would have seen these reviews before placing an order with them. I ordered some lotion specified by my radiologist. Only have the on-line notification about the order number. Never received an email saying they received my order. Received the billing to my credit card though. Sent them an online message on where is my order...no reply. Have called their 866 number multiple times to try to find out the status of the order which is critically needed for my radiation treatments...no replies. As mentioned by Aja/Colorado, there is no option to be placed on hold and wait in the Customer Service call-in queue. I am contacting my bank and disputing the charges. I will NEVER to business with them...which is a shame since I have the True Food cookbook and love making the recipes.
Price was very good. On checking out it said a 10% discount would also be applied for my large order on the next page. Instead of the price going down 10% it went up 10%. Also shipping costs were very high. Could not reach anyone at customer service. Seems like a scam site. I could not risk it especially after seeing folks with bad experiences after placing orders.
Also True Foods Market does not have a BBB rating.
I called and emailed 3 times with questions prior to my order but didn't receive any response. Placed order anway which took 13 days to process. They must be very busy! Unfortunately, I will not order from them again because if there is any problem with the product, I fear they will not respond.
Ordered item, days later message saying out of stock, days later no reply to emails searching for refund

After ordering on 9/5/18, I contacted True Foods Market via their contact form on their website twice the following week and left one voice message on 9/14/18 (due to lack of response to the contact form messages). Having no response to the voice mail and no option to "hold" until one of their telephone response team could take my call, I am writing this review. I did receive one e-mail confirming my order on 9/5/18 in which was stated that they were preparing the order. It really doesn't take 9 days to pack 5 items and to ship them.
Did you ever receive a refund. Going through same crap with them now. If you did how did you finally get a response. Thanks
I went to order something from this company and the website was not easy to navigate. Called their customer service 3 times and left a message and then emailed them on the contact us prompt and no one ever returned the call or email. They say on their message my call is important to them so leave a message. So call back or answer back on your email service.
I placed my order over a week ago. Never got tracking or shipping updates. I've been calling and e.mailing them for days with no response. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.
