The book has very high ratings from customers because manyof them find it very easy to follow, especially for people who are new to the Paleo diet and lifestyle.Many said it was just the right amount of information to get started and was not too overwhelming. Many readers found the book humorous, creative, and they loved the variety of recipes they could try. 
 
Some people didn’t like the book because they felt it was more catered for a UK audience because of the recipe ingredients and found it did not have the depth of information people were looking for.
