Peter Taylor and Heather Scholten created Spice Cave, a company that makes Certified Paleo and Whole30 Approved seasonings.

Spice Cave seasonings come in four flavors: LAND, SEA, WIND, and FIRE. All of the seasonings are made in the US with high quality fresh ingredients and no preservatives.

 

These spices are easy to mix and match. FIRE has hints of smoky paprika, sweetness from coconut palm sugar, and savoriness from a mix of other spices. This flavorful seasoning will kick up whatever you put it on whether it is kabobs, beef, or pasta. No matter what you are cooking, you can add a dash or two of FIRE mixed with the other spices to add some heat.

 

LAND is a garlic and onion blend mixed with cumin and mustard. It adds great flavor on any kind of meat including pork loin or steak. Adding LAND before searing or barbecuing will make your food taste great.

 

SEA is filled with lemon peel, freshly ground pepper, and herbs. This seasoning goes perfectly on a variety of seafood including salmon, whitefish, shrimp, scallops or crab.

 

WIND is packed with herbs like rosemary and oregano, garlic, onion and other spices.  This flavorful seasoning is best with any animal with wings whether you’re eating boiled or grilled turkey, chicken, or duck.

If you are not happy with your purchase, experience a shipment loss, damaged item, or a shortage, report them within 24 hours of receiving the product. Email the company using the “contact page” (https://thespicecave.com/pages/faq) with your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, order number, and description of the product damage and shortage. 

 

Items that are opened, scratched, broken, altered, or blemished are not eligible for a refund unless the damage happened during the original shipment. The original shipping charges and credit card fees are not refundable.

Spice Cave has very high ratings from customers. They love the seasonings because of their delicious flavors, it is easy to combine the seasonings, and they are healthy. Customers say the spices work great on a variety of food including chicken breast, veggies, and steak. 

 

A few customers commented that the seasonings were high in salt, that LAND and WIND tastes too similar, and FIRE can be a bit too sweet. Nevertheless, the same customers said they were happy overall with the product.
