About Skinny Shirataki Noodles
Skinny Noodles are made by Genki Inc. and the products are low-carb, soy-free, preservative free, low calorie, gluten-free, and all made in America. The company's mission is to find traditional, healthy foods from Japan and other Asian countries, and adapt them to the modern western diet.

Ingredients:

Glucomannan, the main ingredient in Skinny Shirataki Noodles, is made from konnyaku root. The Skinny Shirataki Noodles and Skinny Shirataki “Rice” contain at least 3 grams of soluble fiber per serving.

There is significant research that shows that the ingredients in Skinny Noodles can have the following health benefits:

Weight loss: The Skinny Noodle products have low to zero calories that will make it easier to lose weight, particularly if people burn more calories on a daily basis.

Diabetes: Research suggests glucomannan and “rice” may also help those with Type II Diabetes because consuming the soluble fiber in konnyaku slows the digestive process, which leads to a slower release of glucose.

Healthy digestive system: Glucomannan is a water-soluble fiber that absorbs toxic substances that are produced during digestion and elimination.

All of the products contain the following base ingredients: purified water, konnyaku (Glucomannan), and calcium hydroxide.

Online Customer Reviews/Complaints:

The reviews are mixed among customers. People who love the product, particularly customers who have multiple food allergies or diabetic, appreciate that the products are low in carbohydrates and very filling. The product was also endorsed on Dr. Oz's program.

Many people have commented that the noodles can have a strong smell when they are first taken out of the pack but it goes away once you run it under cold water. Some people don't like the texture or feel the product is overpriced and lacks flavor.
