There are many positive reviews for pureWOD Pre from happy crossfitters who claim the product gives them great energy without of the many side effects they’ve gotten from generic options.  Some complaints mentioned getting jittery which is something pureWOD addresses and explains that it occurs in those who are new to beta alanine.  Some people also found the product too sweet for their liking.
 
Likewise pureWOD BUILD also has primarily positive reviews with athletes liking the clean flavor profile and claiming that the supplement goes down smooth with no annoying side effects.
