Prep Dish Reviews

Allison Stevens is a personal chef, whose clients have included celebrities, and a Registered Dietician who founded Prep Dish. She provides weekly gluten-free and Paleo meal plans to paid subscribers with the goal of saving people time. The meals are based on whole and unprocessed foods with seasonal ingredients.

When people subscribe to the meal plan, they will receive a week's worth of gluten-free and Paleo meals on a printable grocery list and instructions for the prep day. During the prep day, it only takes up to 2 hours to prepare for dishes for the entire week. 

 

Each weekly meal plan includes: 

 

4 meals

1 creative side salad

1 nutritious snack

1 wholesome breakfast

1 delicious dessert

You select either a monthly subscription at $14/ month or a yearly subscription at $99/year on the Prep Dish website.

There are not too many customer reviews online about Prep Dish aside from the company's web testimonials.  A few bloggers have reviewed Prep Dish and generally found the meals very easy to follow, adaptable to personal eating habits, and liked that they didn't have to waste any food. 

There are other meal-planning services including The Fresh 20, which provides gluten-free and unprocessed meal plans, and The Six O'Clock Scramble, which provides healthy recipes and ingredients.  Other Paleo meal plan services include: Real Plans, Pete's Paleo, eMeals, Paleo Plan, and Paleo Leap.
