Paleta is the creation of chef Kelly Boyer, a meal delivery service that focuses on a farm to table health conscious menu. The company has grown to become a nationally recognized health brand now offering juices, cleanses, and healthy snack options.
How It Works?
Paleta’s Meal Delivery service is simple and convenient. After you create an account you will be asked to choose your meal plan. Your choices are as follows:
Market Menu - 3 meals and 1-2 snacks. A daily assortment of fresh meals that is also available for vegans.
Perfect Plate - This option allows you to completely customize your meal plan and tailor it to your specific goals and needs. For instance you can have a high protein diet, or choose based on restrictions such as no dairy, gluten, or soy. You can even choose by diet such as Paleo or vegetarian.
Mind and Body Cleanse - Specific combination of foods and shakes that will help with weight loss, increasing metabolism, and healing your hair and skin.
Pressed Juices - This plan focuses on the Paleta line of 100% organic and raw juices to achieve optimal health.
Once your plan is selected you can then choose your desired portion sizes - based on your activity levels and health goals. There is also a kids option if you need it.
Local meals will be delivered the night they are prepared so you can enjoy them the next day.
Products and Ingredients:
Paleta prepared meals use ingredients sourced from local farms, cruelty-free ranches and responsible fisheries. The meat is hormone and antibiotic free and the seafood is wild caught or sustainably farmed.
They also operate out of a Green Kitchen that focuses on recycling/composting, energy and water conservation, and their own greenhouse. The packaging is also recyclable or biodegradable.
Organic Juices - The Paleta line of juices are certified organic, cold-pressed, vegan, low glycemic, gluten free, non-GMO, and Paleo friendly. There are a variety of flavors including their Magic Milkshakes which are thicker nut-based smoothies.
Paleta Purify Cleanse - The cleanse is based on an elimination diet concept where you replace gluten, soy, corn, dairy, animal products, caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, and sugar with healthy low allergen foods rich in vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients.

Currently the meal delivery portion of their business is available only to residents of California, Nevada, and Arizona. Online Reviews/Complaints:
Since Paleta offers a wide variety of products there are mixed customer reviews. The majority of people enjoyed the home delivered meals praising their taste and the convenience of the process. However some had issues with customer service and had a hard time canceling or resolving mixed up orders.
The Purify cleanse has many positive reviews with customers really enjoying the shakes and experiencing the advertised benefits of feeling better and losing weight. As with most cleanse reviews there are complaints of small portion sizes. The juices were also very well received with a high price point being the only issue.
