There are also quite a few complaints dealing with the administrative end of their business mainly people complaining of high shipping prices.

Did not honor coupon code sent in email

Did not honor coupon code sent in email on final day of coupon. CS was closed. Had to send an email about it. The reply the next day was that the coupon code was only designed to work up to the day I tried to use it. When I replied that I tried on that last day they replied"...the coupon expired at the start of the 14th ("expires on" as opposed to "good through"). .." that is not how coupon expirations are generally understood to work and is an unacceptable practice.
