About Kettlebell Kitchen
Kettlebell Kitchen is not just your average meal subscription service. Founded by brothers Andy and Joe with the aim of making it simpler for people to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve their athletic performance, Kettlebell Kitchen offers a range of meal plans designed by nutritionists to support you in your fitness goals and dietary needs.

All of their meals are gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and minimally processed with no refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, or processed oils. But while every meal is full of healthy, whole foods, each particular meal plan will have different components based on the goals you have selected.

Products:

Kettlebell Kitchen offers 8 different meal plans, each designed to support a specific health or fitness goal.

You can choose from:
  • Muscle Gain
  • Fat Loss
  • Sport Performance
  • Endurance
  • Fat Loss (Sports),
  • Vegetarian
  • Flexitarian
  • or Pure Paleo
Each plan is created by nutritionists and then your meals are tailored to your own personal specifications. For example, the Sport Performance meal plan contains a higher ratio of carbohydrates to replenish glycogen in your muscles post-training, while the Fat Loss plan focuses on meals which will keep you feeling satisfied and provide plenty of nutrients when you're running on a calorie deficit.

While Kettlebell Kitchens products are not all organic, they do source 100% pastured beef, free-range and antibiotic free chicken, organic eggs, and wild-caught salmon.

How Does It Work?

When you sign up for Kettlebell Kitchen, you select the meal plan which best fits your goals and then provide information about your specific needs for Kettlebell Kitchen’s registered dieticians to make any needed adjustments.

Meals are delivered twice weekly, on Mondays and again on Wednesdays or Thursdays depending on the delivery option you choose. Kettlebell Kitchens partners with gyms like Crossfit and many others to deliver meals for their clients to pick up right from the gym, or you can arrange for delivery straight to your door.

If you have a recurring order, you can skip a week at any time by visiting your account online before the previous Wednesday night. You can also order meals on one-off occasions from the a-la-carte menu on the website.

Kettlebell Kitchen also runs the Achieve Challenge, a 4 week program which combines their meal plans with online coaching, weekly competitions, and support for a holistic approach to health.

The Achieve Challenge offers teaching and coaching about not just nutrition but digestive health, healthy sleep patterns, exercise, and stress management, empowering you with the knowledge you need to reach your goals. For more information check out www.kettlebellkitchen.com/tag/achieve-challenge.

Cost and Price Plans:

Prices for lunches and dinners are $11.95 for a medium sized meal and $13.95 for a large meal, while breakfasts are $8.95 each.

You can also order individual side dishes such as sweet potato hash or family size sides, with prices varying depending on the option. When purchased as part of a recurring meal plan, the cost for each meal is reduced – the more meals your order, the lower the price of each one.

Online Reviews/Complaints:

Customers praise Kettlebell Kitchen not just for making healthy meal-planning easy and stress-free, but also for the quality and flavor of their food.

Both professional athletes and those just trying to meet their personal goals report results such as improved performance and higher energy. Some customers report dissatisfaction with Kettlebell Kitchen’s customer service when things do go wrong, an issue which the company seems to be working on.

Kettlebell Kitchen meal delivery service is not be confused with the fast-food restaurant of the same name located in Manchester UK!

Competitors and Alternatives:

There are plenty of meal delivery services out there to choose from, but each has its own focus and style. Most similar companies offer healthy meals, but without the recognition that people pursuing different fitness goals will have different nutritional needs.

One company which follows a similar approach might be Diet To Go, which offers dietician designed menus, but their options (such as Balance-Diabetes or Carb30-Keto) are definitely different from the performance focused menus of Kettlebell Kitchen.

Additional popular options include Keto Fridge, Pete’s Paleo, and Green Chef.

Where to Buy?

Kettlebell Kitchen has their headquarters in Brooklyn and serves surrounding area in NY, NJ, CN, RI, and MA. They also have pick-up locations in Cincinnati OH, Indianapolis and Lafayette IN, and Chicago IL. You can order Kettlebell Kitchen online at www.kettlebellkitchen.com
