Great Salt Lake? Better Salt? No.

This is salt water possibly infused with a small quantities of other salts. The claim that Great Salt Lake in Utah has better salt than other sources is fairly ridiculous..As a geologist I can say that there have been studies of the salt from GSL and it contains pollutants. You will find other more bona fide electrolyte replacement supplements out there for less and they will be more pleasant to the palate.
Start with the walmart formula for gatororade. You don't need much.
1-2 cups/day for the active adult. More if you are working out and perspiring a lot.
